I just love this little boy! I had the pleasure of getting to watch him all last weekend, so of course I had to do a session with him. I’m sure he’s going to get away with a lot using that adorable grin of his! I can’t tell you what a good boy he is. He’s so sweet and smart, never once got into trouble and only cried when he dropped a toy on his toe, and that hair!? What lucky parents and big sister he has! Speaking of them, Finn is lucky too… they’re pretty awesome!
We’ve been friends since middle school, been through a lot together, lost touch for a few years and now have re-connected. I’m so lucky to have her in my life again and can’t imagine not being able to meet her beautiful daughter. This session was both fun and challenging for us. It was a very hot day, and we were dealing with a tired little girl who wanted a burger, not me taking her photo. Luckily I was able to capture a few cute moments of her being silly with mom and “tickling the flowers.” =)

It’s so nice to be able to go to someone’s home and feel so welcome. That’s how I felt today when I arrived at this family’s home to take some photos! I love getting the chance to do an in home session where my client’s are comfortable, and we can take our time, chat and just have fun. And it’s pretty convenient when you can lay the baby down for a nap too! Thank you Cassie for welcoming me into your home, and trusting me with your kiddos! Here is your sneak peek.

It’s been a little while since I shot a family session, since my Summer was consumed with weddings. This one was sooo fun! I did a session with them about a year ago and can’t believe how fast they’ve all grown. I loved the way they interact with each other and the cheesy fake smiles. Kids trying to smile on Q is the cutest thing ever! I don’t know what mom and dad were doing behind my back, but whatever it was I appreciate it. It allowed me to get some great photos like the first one below. Thanks to the Brewer clan for spending some time in the park with me dodging deer droppings and throwing leaves!
